KEY INGREDIENTS
ALOE VERA
Mucopolysaccharides, as found in the aloe plant, help retain moisture in the skin. When applied topically, aloe vera has been shown to increase the water content of the outermost layer of skin (called the stratum corneum), making it an ideal ingredient for dry skin types. Aloe vera is also known to lighten dark, troublesome spots found on the skin due to a compound called aloesin, found in the plant.
COCONUT
Coconut oil when used on the skin fights dryness and flakiness, keeping the skin moisturized and supple. Coconut may also help protect against external factors, microbes, and free radicals.
