Program Overview

DERMAGLOVE® offers unique partnership opportunities designed to foster mutually beneficial relationships with retailers. Each Retail Partnership Program is unique and provides customized hygiene product marketing strategies and social media exposure, giving retailers a competitive edge and access to innovative products designed to meet diverse customer needs.



How the Program Works

    1. Trial Period: The program is structured to allow retailers the flexibility to test a range of DERMAGLOVE® products within their specific marketplace and demographic. Retailers can participate in a trial period that extends up to six months, offering the ability to assess which products resonate best with their clientele without the pressure of a long-term commitment.

    2. Post-Trial Agreement & Discounts: After the trial period, a formal partnership agreement is presented, including a structured discount program based on the retailer's commitment:
      Up to 40% discount for a 12-month term
      Up to 50% discount for a 24-month term
      Up to 60% discount for a 36-month term

    3. Wholesale Price Guide: Once the agreement is executed, the retailer will receive a confidential Wholesale Price Guide detailing product order requirements, tiered discount opportunities, and suggested retail pricing strategies. This guide ensures that DERMAGLOVE® and the retailer can agree on a pricing strategy that maximizes profitability and customer satisfaction.

  • As a participant in DERMAGLOVE®’s Custom Retail Partnership Program, clients agree to the following obligations:

    • Monthly Product Selection: Receive a minimum of 24 DERMAGLOVE® products every month.

    • Setup Fee: Pay a one-time fee to establish recurring charges for product orders and shipping.

    • Commitment Period: Choose from a 12, 24, or 36-month program.

    • Routine Visits: Allow DERMAGLOVE® representatives access for regular visits to monitor and support the partnership.

  • To protect our retail partners, each agreement includes territorial exclusivity, preventing competitors in the same geographic area from selling the same DERMAGLOVE® product line. This ensures that retailers have a competitive advantage and can build a strong market presence with DERMAGLOVE®’s highly advanced, custom-hygiene solutions.


    Additionally, we offer a Product Exchange Guarantee: if any DERMAGLOVE® product does not perform as expected, retailers can exchange it within 90 days, as per our wholesaler terms and conditions. This ensures flexibility and peace of mind for our retail partners.

  • Either party can terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice in the case of a breach of contract or failure to meet obligations.
